For v-day Brooke took me to Bless Your Heart Burger and I LOVE burgers, but Brooke couldn’t stop talking about how great these were. Need to step up my at home burger game. We then watched Tom Hanks attempt suicide for two hours for $5 Tuesdays. It was probably the best Valentine’s day i’ve ever had.
Hey. If you’re reading this, thank you. Now that I have your attention, I’d really appreciate if you’d bear with me while I must get some things off my mind. Above are photos of Brooke (my girlfriend) and Jameson (my good friend) and sub par sunset pictures of the Columbia river from the north shore of Washougal, WA. I think I got the colors ok, but when I was watching that sunset, it was the first time I could see a full spectrum of hues in a sunset. Recently I had read a greyscale book regarding landscape painting and that sunsets and rises contain an entire rainbow. I’m 30 years old and have spent a lot of time looking upon the horizon as the sol emerges from or submerges below, and never had I seen these colors; not until the other day. Anyways, maybe I’m giving too little credit to seeing what I want to see. At least I was entertained for a bit.
If, at this point, you’re STILL reading, sorry. I thought it would be more interesting when I first wrote it down. I used to be better at communicating…
